SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

Our lights are all handmade to order so will take around 4-6 weeks to ship. We pack all pieces very carefully so they can be shipped anywhere in Australia.

For international orders and shipping enquiries please contact us directly.

We'll send you an email update when your order has been shipped.

We ship with Australia Post and TNT. Please contact us directly if you haven't received a tracking number for your shipment.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

When you place an order, please choose carefully. As all pieces are made to order we are unable to accept returns or refunds if you change your mind or if the lighting is unsuitable for your intended purpose.

Our glass is handmade and carries with it all the signature marks of a handmade object. Small bubbles, variations in colour and shape are all part of our process and not considered reasons for returns.

Upon receiving your lighting pieces, please inspect them within 48 hours of arrival and notify us immediately if there is any damage to the glass or fixtures. We are happy to refund or repair any damaged goods once they have been returned to us and we have inspected the pieces ourselves. 

​

To ensure the longevity of our products, it is important that they are installed by a licensed electrician and not misused, or used in a way unintended for original purpose. Products that have been misused will not be eligible for free repairs or refunds.
